There are miles of ATV, hiking and biking trails just outside the Park's back gate. Roosevelt Lake is less than 15 minutes away so boating and fishing couldn't be more accessible.

Punkin Center RV Park is a Small Mobile Home Park primarily serving recreationist and retirees. Our Mobile Home and RV sites can accommodate 30 or 50 amp service also, 200 amp service is available for newer manufactured homes or park models.

85 RV sites (35’x50’) with patios (7’x24’) and all full hookups. Located near Roosevelt Lake. Laundry, library, activity center, fish cleaning station, putting green, horseshoes, and pet run. No reservations-please call for availability. Motorhomes, travel trailers, and 5th Wheels are accepted if in good condition. No tents, pop-up campers, or van/bus conversions. Cash or check only. Friendly pets welcome, no aggressive breeds, such as, pitbulls, chows, etc.

SLEEPY HOLLOW RV PARK is located off State Rte 188 in storied and historical Tonto Basin. Tonto Basin sits between the Sierra Ancha and Mazatzal (pronounced “mad as hell”) mountain ranges. This Park is 3 miles from Roosevelt Lake, one of Arizona’s largest and world class bass fishing lakes, and sits just below 7,600 ft Four Peaks mountain.

We are located off AZ Route 188 in the picturesque and historical Tonto Basin. Tonto Basin sits between Payson and beautiful Roosevelt Lake, home to many championship fishing tournaments throughout the year. Our central location (within a 1 hour drive to Scottsdale) makes Tonto Basin a premier RV and Park Model destination!
